By Car:

Our Hotel is in a pedestrian area of Santa Cruz District. The nearest place to park for a short time is Plaza de Santa Cruz. Then take Plaza Alfaro, carry on straight through Callejón del Agua and Calle Vida up to Plaza de Doña Elvira (2 minutes walk).

A public parking is available about 200 metres from Plaza de Santa Cruz, next to Jardines de Murillo, in the junction of Cano y Cueto and Menéndez Pelayo Street. The cost is about 16 to 20 € per day.

By train:

Santa Justa Train Station is located just 5 minutes drive to the Hotel. We advise you to take a taxi up to Plaza de Santa Cruz. From there, take Plaza Alfaro, carry on straight through Callejón del Agua and Calle Vida up to Plaza de Doña Elvira (2 minutes walk).

By bus:

There are two bus station: Plaza de Armas, 20 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes’ drive from the Hotel; and Prado de San Sebastian, 5 minutes’ walk crossing Jardines de Murillo.

From the airport:

The Sevilla Airport, San Pablo, is situated 10km from our Hotel. Buses are available every 30 minutes. Prado de San Sebastian is the last bus stop and the closest to our Hotel. From there cross Jardines de Murillo, turn to the left the first street and you will get to Plaza Alfaro. Then, follow Callejón del Agua, Calle Vida and you will arrive to Plaza de Doña Elvira.

You can also take a taxi up to Plaza de Santa Cruz. Taxi costs 20-25 €. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need some help with your luggage from Plaza de Santa Cruz.

Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.
The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.
The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when el hotel validate your claim, within the 24 hour period, screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as booked through el hotel on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking conditions.
The lower rate must be in the same currency.
el hotel will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through el hotel is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.
If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy are still applicable.
Lowest Rate Guarantee does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made.
